First you will begin with the Culinary Experience where you will see a few videos, a student walks you through the physiology of taste, there will be a Q & A with students and then just a short walk through the main hallway. Lunch will be in The American Bounty Restaurant. It is easy to see why the school continues to draw some of the world’s top culinary talents.
