Set along the beautiful Hudson River, the award-winning student run restaurants, and a campus rich in history and food, The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY is a foodie destination like no other in the Hudson Valley. First you will begin with the Culinary Experience where you will see a few videos, a student walks you through the physiology of taste, there will be a Q & A with students and then just a short walk through the main hallway. Lunch will be in The American Bounty Restaurant. It is easy to see why the school continues to draw some of the world’s top culinary talents.
